About five years ago I made the best decision of my life and entered the field of user experience research. In my years at Usability Sciences I've worked on over 60 projects with many Fortune 500 clients across a wide variety of industries and have utilized many methodologies. These projects range from testing details of mobile apps to testing a major fast food company's ordering kiosk in 5 countries. In addition to the actual research itself, I take a great interest in the technical side of it all. I've helped pioneer many new technologies in our usability labs and am responsible for their day to day operation.
